Sabotage

.

The response of the Atlantic Alliance to the four leaks on the Baltic Sea gas pipelines from which gas is leaking,

in the back and forth between the US and Russia

on the possible responsibilities of one of the parties, in the explosions that according to various experts are at the basis of the damage to Nordstream 1 and 2.

According to NATO, they are in fact the "

result of deliberate acts of sabotage

".

Thus in one of the Alliance, which expresses concern about the "damage to the Nordstream 1 and Nordstream 2 gas pipelines in the international waters of the Baltic Sea", the alliance says it is

ready to intervene with "a united and determined response

", against "any attack

deliberated

against critical infrastructure ".

"All the information currently available indicates that this is the result of deliberate, reckless and irresponsible sabotage. These losses cause shipping risks and substantial environmental damage. We support ongoing investigations to determine the source of the damage." - we, as allies, have pledged to prepare for,

discourage and defend ourselves from the coercive use of energy and other hybrid tactics

, by state and non-state actors. "

Moscow's reply: "Sabotage in US-controlled waters"

For its part, Russia is once again accusing the United States of causing the gas leaks.

Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said the incidents off the coasts of Denmark and Sweden occurred in a territory that is "fully under the control" of US intelligence agencies.

"It happened in the commercial and economic areas of Denmark and Sweden.

These are countries that gravitate around NATO, countries that are completely controlled by the US intelligence services

."
