The initiative, which is held under the umbrella of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives, aims to build a sustainable and integrated system to discover talents in the Arab world, maximize their impact, scientific contributions and projects on Arab societies, and address the phenomenon of brain drain in the Arab world, by creating promising opportunities for Arab talents.

This came during an event held at the Museum of the Future, to announce the details of the initiative, which is being held under the umbrella of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives, and included the signing of strategic partnerships with KPMG, Linkedin International, and Meta. And the Galaxy Company.

Al Gergawi stressed that His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum is a leader who understands the importance of movement, change and development, and is betting on the Arab person to raise the ceiling of ambitions at the level of the region, which made us believe that the Arab person can achieve the impossible.

He added: "His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum presented the world with an experience of an Arab city, which is one of the best cities in the world, according to various indicators and reports. The “Arab genius” includes a number of vital and strategic sectors, namely medicine, where the award is awarded to those who contributed to making discoveries and enhancing knowledge in any of the fields related to medicine, while the Arab genius awards the literature and arts award, to those who contributed to the creation of a literary or artistic work. Stimulates cultural, social and intellectual enrichment and achieves a positive impact on society.

The strategic partnerships were signed by Saeed Al-Nazari, Secretary-General of the Arab Genius Committee, partner and head of the consulting department at KPMG, Shukrallah Haddad, and head of the government sector at LinkedIn in the Middle East and North Africa, Rajaee Al-Khadem, and Shaden Khalaf, head of public policies. in North Africa and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries at Meta, and the CEO of Galaxy, Abdulsalam Haikal.

Under the partnership with the “Arab Nabilities” initiative, KPMG will supervise several tasks, including nomination procedures for the award, follow up on the work of the specialized committees, set criteria related to candidacy, and audit submission mechanisms.

LinkedIn will also undertake the task of searching for geniuses, and discovering elite Arab talents, by providing an integrated interactive platform for Arab geniuses.

Meta will employ its various platforms to support the creation of scientific content and provide digital training for talented people.

The partnership between “Arab Stars” and “Majarra” company aims to develop an integrated Arab scientific content that relies on innovation and creativity, and is capable of making a radical change in the reality of Arab scientific and research content on the Internet.

For his part, the Secretary-General of the Arab Brigades Committee, Saeed Al-Nazari, stressed that launching the initiative will empower civilization makers in the region, as His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum believes that the Arab region is rich in minds, in various fields, and therefore it is time to explore The best of them, and research for them in various regions of the Arab world, from specialists in science, medicine, economics and engineering, and in the various award categories.

He stated that the value of the Arab Brilliant Award is one million dirhams in each of its six categories, with the aim of empowering and appreciating Arab geniuses, and calling them to be role models for future generations.
