When you lean over the balcony, you will have seen on a mist of pixels, rather than on the roofs of Yvelines... But for the rest, the virtual apartment created by SeLoger is intended to be the faithful projection of a dwelling of a future real estate program put up for sale by the promoter Quartus.

You visit in a virtual world, you buy in real life, or almost since the goods are first on sale online this September 28 on Veepee.

The experience could prefigure what the off-plan purchase will be in the very short term.

"Visiting a real property in the metaverse in an interactive and immersive way allows us to better project ourselves into our daily lives", explains Virginie Boudet, Vice-President Brand & Communication of SeLoger.

The experience lacks the social aspect specific to the metaverse but SeLoger assumes.

This publicity stunt, summarizes Virginie Boudet, is an opportunity to better understand virtual worlds.

"A lot of people don't know this new world at all that we keep talking to them about," adds Fabien Teichner, founder of the communication agency Interruption, which is supporting the operation.

They say to themselves “okay but for me in my real life, what will it bring me?”.

We thought that this visit could be an opportunity to show them things that they can't do today in the real world since the apartment doesn't yet exist.

Organized on Oncyber, a 3D environment much less popular than The Sandbox or Decentraland but particularly easy to access, the operation will undoubtedly attract mainly curious people.

But by appointment, the Quartus teams will be able to accompany potential customers on the visit and answer their questions.

Today, the apartment with its empty glasses, its cutting board and its few polygonal plants is still very empty, yet Fabien Teichner promises that eventually the owners of NFT will be able to come and exhibit their works there.

We will come back to see in the near future if the model apartment maintains its statement.
