China News Service, September 29. According to the Associated Press, the Biden administration announced on the 28th local time that it would provide Ukraine with an additional $1.1 billion worth of aid.

  The package will include the "Haimas" multiple rocket launcher system, radar, communications and surveillance equipment, armored vehicles, and funding for soldier equipment, the report said.

  A senior defense official said it would take six months to two years for most of the equipment to arrive in Ukraine, while the additional Haimas would take "several years" to arrive.
