His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, "may God protect him", visited the Royal Opera House of Oman today, as part of his visit to the sisterly Sultanate of Oman.

During his tour of the house's theater and other facilities, His Highness learned about the architectural richness of the house and its ability to harmoniously blend the Omani architectural heritage and the architectural culture from different continents of the world. He was also briefed on the role played by the Royal Opera House in the cultural field and what It offers a high level of classical art.
The Royal Symphony Orchestra performed musical pieces to welcome the visit of His Highness the President of the State, in addition to performances by the Military Drums Ensemble, the Fulali Ensemble and the music of the Royal Guard of Oman.
His Highness the President of the State recorded a speech in the register of senior visitors, during which he said: "I was pleased to visit the vibrant Royal Opera House and listen to the Omani Symphony Orchestra, in which tradition and modernity blend in a refined harmony.
