The head of the Kherson region Saldo called the accusations of Kyiv legally void

Saldo wrote about this in his Telegram channel.

“The “Kyiv Gestapo” charges against me and my comrades in the DPR, LPR and Zaporozhye region for holding referendums are legally null and void and cannot have any legal consequences,” he said.

Earlier, Saldo said that he had approached Russian President Vladimir Putin with a proposal to accept the Kherson region into the Russian Federation.

On September 28, the deputy head of the Kherson region administration, Kirill Stremousov, said that by decision of the majority of the inhabitants, the region had de facto seceded from Ukraine.
