“A historic plane with the leaders of the liberated territories has landed in Moscow,” Stremousov wrote in his Telegram channel.
According to him, the meeting in Moscow is being held to make a "historic decision."
“Very soon we will become new subjects of the Russian Federation,” he added.
Earlier, Stremousov said that by decision of the majority of residents, the region de facto seceded from Ukraine.
