The pro-Russian authorities of the regions of Zaporijjia, Kherson, Lugansk and Donetsk claimed Tuesday the victory of the "yes" in favor of annexation by Russia, during the "referendums" organized in 48 hours.
The process of bringing these new territories into the Russian Federation could now go very quickly.

The model seems to be the annexation of Crimea.
Nothing is official, but the process could be quick: vote of the Duma, the Russian Assembly, Thursday, September 29, validation of the entry of these territories into Russia and a great patriotic celebration, concerts and fireworks in Moscow from Friday.
Employees of state enterprises have already been asked to go to Red Square.
Scaffolding is being erected there.
A speech by Vladimir Putin?
This would no doubt also be the time for Vladimir Putin to speak with this great speech which had been awaited by certain observers on May 9th.
It would thus be a question of giving the broad outlines for the future and in particular the borders of the territories which he intends to annex: those under current military control of Russia or all of the regions of Donetsk and Lugansk, part of which is still led by Kyiv?
Vladimir Putin should also insist on the meaning of this partial mobilization which has everything of a massive mobilization, in the face of a shocked Russian society for which in a few days the conflict has suddenly become concrete.
We hope for complete peace.
That by being part of Russia, we will be completely safe, that no more missiles or bombs will fall on us, that nothing horrible will happen.
