A negative start for the European stock exchanges, following the weak closing of the American markets last night.

Milan at -0.97%, the worst is Frankfurt which loses more than one percentage point.


Strong nervousness also on the Asian markets, with all the main lists in sharp red.

The most penalized are Hong Kong and Seoul, two lists on which the technology sector weighs heavily, which lost more than 2%.

While yields on European government bonds continue to grow: the spread between btp and German bund falls slightly, to ... basis points, but the Italian 10-year rate.

At the end of April it was 2.8% - two percentage points higher in six months. 

The price of natural gas is also under the lens, which today opens with another increase of over 11% and reaches 207 euros per megawatt hour
