Applications are open, and not limited to the UK!

Jaguar Land Rover wants to move upmarket and make a successful transition to electric.

For this, the group needs qualified labour.

The “Future Skills” program must therefore recruit and train more than 60% of employees.

2030 goal

The objectives are clear: training in vehicle electrification, digital technology and autonomous cars.

By 2030, all of the group's vehicles will be fully electric.

Hundreds of engineers will therefore be recruited.

9,500 apprentices, currently in training, will also make up the know-how of the British brand.
