A total of three cases of application for injunction were interrogated by the court today.

First, an interrogation was held to invalidate the amendment of the Party Constitution so that the people's power could materialize the party's 'emergency situation' in order to launch a non-captain.

In addition, the 4th and 5th applications for injunction were also interrogated at the same time, asking for the suspension of the duties of Jeong Jin-seok, chairman of the non-commissioning committee, and six members of the non-commissioning committee.

Among them, the core of the case is the application for injunction to determine the validity or invalidity of the revised party constitution.

The former representative claimed that the amendment to the Party Constitution was invalid and that the non-captain Jeong Jin-seok system, which was launched based on it, was also invalid.

On the other hand, the People's Power side opposed Lee, who was suspended from party membership for six months, so he was not qualified to apply for an injunction against the amendment to the party constitution, and the party decided on the regulations for emergency situations.

It is expected that it will take some time before the results of the injunction interrogation are released.
