The press service of the department recalled that according to Part 2 of Art.
40 of the Federal Law “On Enforcement Proceedings”, the bailiff may suspend in whole or in part at the request of the debtor, who is doing military service on conscription, RIA Novosti reports.
The FSSP clarified that citizens can apply for the suspension of debt collection directly at the recruiting offices of military commissariats.
“For this purpose, employees of enforcement agencies will be in the military registration and enlistment offices of all regions of the country,” the service said.
Earlier, Anton Orlov, director of the Institute for the Study of Contemporary Politics, proposed to exempt mobilized citizens from fines for traffic violations.
