He questioned the suspension of the effect of the National Committee of the revision of the Party Constitution, which made the party's "emergency situation" concrete, and the suspension of the execution of duties by Jeong Jin-seok, non-chairman and six non-commissioning members.

Lee's side argued that there was a problem with the procedure and insisted on the amendment of the party constitution and invalidity of the non-captain Jeong Jin-seok, while the People's Power side emphasized the procedural legitimacy and refuted, saying, "Ex-CEO Lee is not eligible to apply for an injunction."

After the third court battle, both sides were confident of their own victory.

The Seoul Southern District Court said that the decision on the injunction case will be made after next week.
