Who sabotaged the Nord Stream gas pipelines linking Russia to Germany under the Baltic Sea?

Boils up to a kilometer in diameter have been spotted by the Danish army on the two Nord Stream gas pipelines, affected by strange leaks. 

Ukraine has denounced a terrorist attack by Moscow, while Russia says it is "extremely concerned".

"We really want to point to Moscow and Russia [because] Putin's blackmail is total. This war is also an energy war. It should be noted that for the moment, the United States does not confirm that this sabotage would be Russian," he said.
