She said that, as an important construction node and preferred platform for the "Belt and Road" initiative, with the support of the state, Hong Kong should actively connect the mainland with the countries and regions along the "Belt and Road" by virtue of its obvious advantages of "backing the motherland and connecting the world" , and the SAR civil servants should play an active role in it, in line with the country's development strategy.
