The United States will not ban Kyiv from using Western weapons where referendums were held

It is reported by RIA Novosti.

According to Blinken, Kyiv has the right to defend itself "on its entire territory." 

He added that Kyiv will continue to do everything necessary to "return the lands", and Washington will support the Ukrainian authorities.

Earlier, the press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov spoke about the consequences of Kyiv's attacks on the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions in the event of positive referendum results.

He noted that if these territories become part of Russia, the Constitution of the country will apply to them.
