The material also says that the spit, which was divided between the Nikolaev and Kherson regions of Ukraine before the start of a special military operation, is now under the control of Russia with almost the entire territory of the Kherson region.
On September 21, the deputy head of the administration of the Kherson region, Kirill Stremousov, announced the inclusion of the liberated part of the Nikolaev region into the Kherson region.
