“The Ministry of Digital Transformation has opened a service for applying for exemption from conscription at the State Services as part of the partial mobilization of employees of IT and telecom companies,” the ministry said in a Telegram message.
Earlier, the ministry stressed that subpoenas within the framework of partial mobilization in Russia would not be sent through the State Services portal.
