(1) Notary business
After making an appointment, the applicant waits for the staff to confirm by phone, arrives at the library according to the appointment time, and submits the notarized materials in person.
(2) Certification business
1. After the applicant has registered, he/she will mail the certification documents, application form, copies of certificates and other supporting materials to the embassy, and the postage will be borne by yourself.

2. Wait for the staff to confirm by phone and send the evidence collection form to the bank to pay the fee.
3. Send the scanned copy of the bank charge receipt to the embassy's mailbox consulate_zmb@mfa.gov.cn, and the embassy will promptly return the certification materials.
Postage is borne by the embassy.

1. Please go to the website of the Chinese Embassy in Zambia in advance to understand the requirements for notarization and authentication.
