Senator Klishas: Federation Council does not plan unscheduled meetings on new subjects

According to the RIA Novosti senator, an unscheduled meeting is not planned after the referendums in the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.

“The Federation Council is working according to the schedule of the autumn session approved by the council of the chamber.

The next meeting is October 4,” the senator said.

In early July, the chairman of the Federation Council of Russia, Valentina Matvienko, said that the Federation Council would consider the issue of joining the DPR and LPR into Russia in the event of referendums.
