Experienced profiles sought

To certify the accounts of his TPE specializing in disability, Dominique du Paty was looking for an experienced profile, capable of managing a budget of 800,000 euros.

She recruited a 65-year-old financial director.

"He had an important position, he managed a service, so he managed his dashboards, his budget, it's as if he was managing a very small business," she explains.

Accustomed to working in a team and comfortable with financial indicators, his integration into the company was particularly easy.

"He immediately took control of the software because he knew this kind of tool well. It adapted perfectly to our needs", she continues.

Senior profiles are also years of practice.

Indispensable for certain professions, such as that of an assembly technician, says Vanessa Jacquette, HR development manager at Euromaster.

"We really need a solid experience in terms of know-how and interpersonal skills. We need technicality in our jobs", she says.
