Ellinor Svensson comes from Skåne and has 45 years of experience as a teacher.

Now she is retired but took the opportunity to go up to Kiruna to help at the new Raketskolan.

The school was closed last week as the staff was completely exhausted and the chief safety officer saw no other solution than to introduce a protective stop.

- I saw an article in the newspaper that people were needed up here.

I made the decision when I saw how crisis-like it was here and that teachers were really needed, says Ellinor Svensson.

"Worked for 45 years - but this is new"

Apart from the fact that she likes to travel, the unusual event of a protective stop was another underlying reason for Ellinor's move.

- I have worked as a teacher for 45 years and have never witnessed or heard of it happening.

So this is new for me, she says.

On Friday, an additional teacher who has been recruited temporarily to Raketskolan will arrive.

In the clip, you can hear how long Ellinor can imagine staying in Kiruna.
