US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said on Tuesday that the West would never recognize Russia's annexation of Ukraine after the Kremlin-installed authorities began declaring the success of referendums they organized in Moscow-controlled areas.
"We and many other countries have been very clear. We will never recognize Russia's annexation of Ukrainian territory," Blinken told reporters.
