Arrested for shooting his landlord in the face with a pen-gun

after allegedly shooting the owner of the house where he lives for rent with a pen-pistol in the jaw, apparently due to disagreements between the two.

According to the investigations, the alleged aggressor had planned to end the life of his landlord after he did not attend to some requests that, in the opinion of the person under investigation, led him to live in unpleasant conditions in the property, the Police reported this Tuesday in a statement.

To accomplish his objective, the suspect used a prohibited weapon, specifically

The events occurred when the tenant and the landlord met at a restaurant located in the Malaga neighborhood of

, a place where they usually met for a drink.

In the establishment, the arrested person went to his landlord, without prior discussion, took out the pen-gun and activated the device.

The victim was shot in the right maxillary region and was taken to a hospital, where he is recovering from the injuries caused and there is no fear for his life.
