Abdullah bin Zayed makes a phone call with the Prime Minister of Israel
H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, had a telephone conversation with Prime Minister of the State of Israel Yair Lapid.
During the phone call, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan thanked the Prime Minister of Israel for the warm welcome during his recent visit at the head of an official delegation to the State of Israel, which coincided with the two countries' celebration of the two-year anniversary of their signing of the Abrahamic Peace Agreement.
His Highness stressed that the success of the two countries in building fruitful and solid relations is a clear embodiment of the benefits of peace for our region and our ability to work together for a prosperous future for future generations.
During the phone call, His Highness praised Yair Lapid's statement to the United Nations General Assembly in New York, during which he stressed the importance of peace for the peoples of the region and called for a two-state solution to achieve security and stability for the Israeli and Palestinian peoples.
His Highness also congratulated the Prime Minister of the State of Israel on the occasion of the Hebrew New Year, expressing his aspiration for the growth and development of relations between the two countries at all levels for the benefit of their peoples.
