It was on June 21 this year that a 17-year-old boy stabbed two men at the intersection between Vasagatan and Biskopsgatan in Västerås.
Chamber prosecutor Fredrik Ingblad requested two cases of attempted murder and the district court has now followed his line.
According to two forensic psychiatric examinations, the 17-year-old suffers from a serious mental disorder.
