We clarified what kind of education relevant specialists in IT companies and telecom operators have,” the ministry’s Telegram channel said in a statement.
It is noted that this list was compiled on the basis of proposals from industry associations and backbone companies.
According to the clarification, the presence of an appropriate specialty and employment in an accredited IT organization or in a telecom operator does not provide exemption from partial mobilization, it is also necessary to perform critical functions.
