More than 2,000 delegates will take part in the 20th Congress of the Communist Party of China, which begins on October 16.
The CCP is now ready to renew its leadership and reappoint Xi Jinping.

First, this figure of 2,296 delegates, or the number of representatives retained by all the units of the party, at the various levels of the Chinese political apparatus and throughout China.
The list published by

contains few surprises.
It contains the names of all the leaders within the Politburo, but also the military leaders, the party secretaries and the governors of the regions and provinces.
