In particular, after citing President Biden's speech at the UN General Assembly last week that North Korea is blatantly violating UN sanctions, he insisted that the US has never and will not recognize UN sanctions unilaterally made by the United States.



He also criticized the UN Security Council, which is discussing sanctions on North Korea, as interference in internal affairs.



In last year's speech, North Korea showed a conciliatory attitude, saying that if the double standard on North Korea is withdrawn, it will be possible to engage in dialogue.



The North made a direct reference to South Korea in its speech at the UN General Assembly last year, but this year it only used the expression that it was a follower of the United States and did not mention a word about South Korea throughout the speech.
