Earlier, international observers from Brazil, the Netherlands and Egypt arrived in the Lugansk People's Republic to work on a referendum on the entry of the LPR into Russia.

On the territory of the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, voting continues in referendums on the issue of joining Russia.

The procedure for expressing will will last until September 27 inclusive.
