“Today, before the end of the day, mobilization activities in Crimea will be completed,” Aksyonov wrote in his Telegram channel.

He expressed his gratitude to the Crimeans who did their duty and came to the military registration and enlistment offices.

On September 24, the head of the Human Rights Council, Valery Fadeev, called on the Ministry of Defense not to allow a “cane system” as part of partial mobilization, when military registration and enlistment offices call on people without a military specialty and combat experience.

Fadeev sent a letter about this to Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu.

According to the head of the Ministry of Defense, “not some people who have never seen or heard anything about the army” are called up, but those who have served have a military specialty and combat experience.
