Between the two, the evening began with an "adhesion to the intimate relationship of the kiss".

That is to say, it would have been difficult to understand if her attitude had then changed into "vague reluctance or explicit denial".

Or if the boy "had caught the opposite reaction" of the young woman.

But what is more important is that his "insistence, perhaps even negligently excessive", of him "was never transmitted into violence".

In summary - as reported by Ansa - the reason with which the Gup of the Court of Ravenna Corrado Schiaretti on 7 April, at the end of the shortened procedure, acquitted a 29-year-old from Castel Bolognese, in the Ravenna area, of the accusations of violence sexual and aggravated injuries against a student from Bologna just over 20 years old.

The facts date back to November 13, 2018. The accused, as reported by Resto del Carlino, worked for an agency that deals with recruiting image girls for the clubs.

The young woman, compensated and therefore not constituted a civil party, at the hearing had said to forgive him.

In front of the investigators, however, she had been clear in listing the young man's strong and unwelcome sexual approaches: in her opinion, he had first made her drunk and abused.

The young man - defended by lawyers Albert Pepe and Samuele De Luca - while admitting he tried, denied any form of violence.

After analyzing reports and testimonies, the judge came to this conclusion: that evening the young woman "was in emotional distress, not alcoholic: it is possible that she was confused" because of "an unexpected situation with few means to deal with it, as often happens. at a very young age ".

That is, her story, "to a certain extent, may have to be purged of the emotional bearing".

And so "it is possible to think that a denial whispered by a young woman who did everything to seem calm, could not have been seen" by the 29-year-old "as an effective barrier to consenting sexual intercourse".
