As Maksut Shadayev, head of the Ministry of Digital Development, noted, taking into account the restrictions imposed on the import of foreign IT solutions, it is necessary to quickly ensure the emergence of Russian competitive analogues in all significant niches.
“This is a matter of ensuring technological sovereignty.
It is difficult to imagine real security if we continue to depend in certain areas on the technologies of countries that are unfriendly to us,” he said.
“I remind you that within the framework of the decision taken by the Ministry of Defense, only employees of accredited IT organizations with the appropriate higher education are not called up as part of partial mobilization,” the minister said.
At the same time, these employees should be directly involved in the development and support of IT solutions, he recalled.
Earlier, the HRC also expressed the opinion that a deferment from mobilization should be granted to categories of workers who cannot be quickly replaced at their workplace.
