When Jessica Enhagen started going to therapy, the therapist suggested that she should be out in nature more.

Since she had already opened her eyes to growing flowers, it was an obvious choice.

"Slow flowers"

She then entered the path of growing so-called "slow flowers", which is about growing seasonally, locally grown and environmentally friendly.

And which has become increasingly larger in recent years.

- It was my healing.

Every hour I spend on my flowers, I get ten times more in return, says Jessica Enhagen.

Now she is one of the 147 members of the association Snittblomodlare in Sweden, which gathers growers from all over the country who grow "slow flower".

But she is alone in that in Blekinge.

Hear her tell more about her love for flowers in the clip above.
