Russia replaces general in charge of logistics
Today, Saturday, Russia announced the replacement of the general responsible for logistics in its army.
"Army General Dmitry Bulgakov has been relieved of his duties as Deputy Defense Minister due to his transfer to another position," the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement.
He was replaced by General Mikhail Mizintsev (60 years old), who until then headed the National Defense Control Center, and will now become the Deputy Minister of Defense "in charge of material and technical supplies of the Russian Armed Forces".
Mezintsev held several positions within the Russian General Staff during his long military career.
