The OSCE did not send observers to Ukraine In our article two days ago we wrote that the OSCE, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, would send observers to Ukraine for the holding of so-called referendums in the regions occupied by Russia. Obviously this is not the case, as the OSCE also considers the aforementioned referendums "illegal". We apologize to the interested parties and to the users of rainews.it.
