According to the document, a deferment from mobilization is granted to students studying full-time and part-time.
Also, a deferment from the call for mobilization will be provided to students in programs of secondary vocational and higher education.
Earlier, Putin signed a law punishing looting in the form of imprisonment for up to 15 years.
The President also signed decrees on imprisonment for up to 10 years for desertion and non-appearance of military personnel for conscription service, for voluntary surrender and for refusing to participate in hostilities.
