“The draft commission of the Volgograd region for partial mobilization reports that 58-year-old resident of the Kletsky district, Alexander Faltin, was released from partial mobilization after checking all documents,” the administration said in a statement.

As expected, Faltin will be delivered to the place of residence.

The Governor of the Volgograd Region, Andrey Bocharov, noted that it was important to fulfill the presidential decree and "eliminate the indifferent, formal attitude of the military commissariats and draft commissions" to the fulfillment of tasks.

RIA Novosti notes that a video appeared on social networks earlier, in which Faltina's daughter says that the summons was brought to her father, while the man did not serve and only passed the military department while studying at the university.

Also, the governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, said earlier that the authorities are dealing with reports of cases when, as part of partial mobilization, citizens are called up who have not served in the army or have disabilities or confirmed diseases that do not allow them to serve.

According to the head of the Ministry of Defense Sergei Shoigu, “not some people who have never seen or heard anything about the army” are called up, but those who have served have a military specialty and combat experience.
