Hungarian Foreign Minister Szijjarto urged to prevent a direct conflict between Russia and NATO

“Right now, the most important task is to avoid any direct conflict between Russia and NATO,” Szijjártó said.

According to him, this will lead to such consequences that neither side needs.

The Foreign Minister added that Hungary does not want to endanger the existence of the planet.

He also noted that "the direct conflict between NATO and Russia has no end."

Earlier it was reported that Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov would hold a number of meetings at the 77th session of the UN General Assembly, including with his Hungarian counterpart Peter Szijjártó.
