The deputy noted the high activity at the polling stations.

According to the parliamentarian, long queues of those wishing to vote are lining up.

“At the moment, more than 30% of voters have already taken part, which indicates a high turnout,” the source shared with RT.

He also stated that there are a large number of observers, including foreign ones, in particular from Serbia and Germany.

“Everything is going smoothly, our power structures provide security,” Turov concluded.

On the territory of the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, voting continues in referendums on the issue of joining Russia.

The procedure for expressing will will last until September 27 inclusive.
