Abu Dhabi Police and Abu Dhabi Civil Defense teams succeeded yesterday in controlling a fire caused by a gas cylinder explosion in a factory in the Mafraq Industrial Area in Abu Dhabi.
The Command and Control Center of the Operations Department of Abu Dhabi Police received a report yesterday morning, stating that a fire broke out in a gas plant, and the specialized teams put out the fire and brought the situation under control.
Abu Dhabi Police confirmed, in a statement, that the concerned teams immediately began preliminary investigations into the accident and conducted extensive investigations to examine its causes and repercussions.
