“We see, if you look closely, a series of barges that are installed by the Ukrainian military with the aim, in their opinion, to detain the Russian fleet,” the source said.
Zooming in on the photo, you can see at least four loaded barges.
Lebedev also showed photographs proving that the Armed Forces of Ukraine began to equip defensive positions in residential buildings in Nikolaev.
On September 20, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that Russian troops had destroyed the workshops of an armored vehicle repair plant in Nikolaev.
