Teodoro Obiang will be a candidate in the next presidential election.

With 43 years in office, Teodoro Obiang holds the world record for longest tenure.

It is also because of his “

 leadership and his political experience

” that he was elected candidate by his party, explains his son Teodorin.

Without forgetting “

his charisma

 ”.

However, Teodoro Obiang seemed to prepare his son for the next generation.

As soon as he was re-elected in 2016, he appointed him vice-president, a position created to measure.

In recent months, he has limited his public appearances, giving way to Teodorin.

But, reveler, the Obiang son struts around on social networks, surrounded by naiads or at the wheel of racing cars.

In France, he was given a three-year suspended prison sentence and a fine of 30 million euros in the “ill-gotten gains” case.

A CV that does not yet convince the close guard of Teodoro Obiang, while the country is just recovering from the oil crisis of 2014 and that of Covid-19.

At 80, Teodoro Obiang is reputed to lead the life of an ascetic.

He plays sports daily and claims to have foiled 10 coup and assassination attempts.
