According to Shostak, a decrease in American financial assistance is also waiting for Ukraine.

At the moment, the investor noted, the most attractive creditors and investors are China, India, the Persian Gulf countries and Saudi Arabia.

Earlier, US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said that inflation in the US is accelerating at an unacceptably high rate.
