According to him, restrictions on the entry of Russian citizens into Finland will come into force in the coming days.
He also added that Finland would continue issuing visas to Russians entering the country to work, study and visit relatives.
Earlier, the office of Finnish President Sauli Niinistö said that the Finnish authorities had decided to restrict Russians from entering the country.
