“Their close relatives (spouses, parents, children, adoptive parents, brothers, sisters, grandfathers, grandmothers, grandchildren) can also apply for restructuring of loans to mobilized persons,” the regulator said in a statement.
The Central Bank noted that lenders and credit bureaus should not consider restructuring as a basis for worsening credit history.
Earlier, State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin said that Russia would make a decision on credit holidays and the preservation of labor guarantees for the mobilized as a matter of priority.
