On the 22nd (Korean time) at 1:16 a.m., a magnitude 6.7 earthquake occurred in Michoacan state in western Mexico, Reuters reported, citing data from the European Mediterranean Seismic Center EMSC.



The epicenter is 110 km south-southwest of Uruapan, Michoakan, and the epicenter is about 80 km underground, EMSC analyzed.



Reuters reported that buildings were shaken in Mexico City, the capital of Mexico, 410 kilometers away from the earthquake.



On the 19th, three days ago, a magnitude 7.5 earthquake occurred in Michoacan.



U.S. officials say no tsunami warning has been issued.
