The inhabitants of an HLM building located in Rodez (Aveyron) have been living through hell for a year.

Bed bugs have invaded the five-story building and all attempts to dislodge them have so far failed,

An audit soon to be carried out

The Rodez Agglo Habitat public office (OPRAH), the social landlord, was alerted.

Specialized companies have intervened several times, offering residents only a few days of respite before the bedbugs return.

For them, it is the entire building that must be treated at once.

When questioned, the director of OPRAH assured that the eradication of these bed bugs was "a priority".

A building-wide screening with sniffer dogs will normally take place by the end of September.
