A resident of Chita told how he received a summons as part of partial mobilization

According to him, he previously served, is a reserve officer, but did not participate in hostilities.

“They gave it to me personally.

We came home,” he said.

The man added that he was told to come in the morning at ten with warm clothes, and present the summons at the place of work. 

Earlier, the head of the State Duma Defense Committee, Andrei Kartapolov, said that the introduction of partial mobilization does not require additional restrictions on movement in Russia.

On September 21, the head of the Russian Defense Ministry, Sergei Shoigu, announced plans to call up about 300,000 reservists.
