It is noteworthy that the mission of the satellite Phi-1 will be accomplished, in cooperation with the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs, in accordance with the terms of the memorandum of understanding signed between the two parties.

The partnership aims to increase the number of countries benefiting from capacity-building activities to develop and manufacture satellite innovations, as a precursor to completing their development, including supporting technical knowledge, engineering processes and related infrastructure.
